Join the Tasmanian Branch of the ACA for a technical evening with presentations on  “Service Life Extension of Marine Structures”.

Warren Green (Vinsi Partners) will speak on “Recent Durability Experiences with Reinforced Concrete Substructure Marine Wharf Elements” and Ted Riding (Jotun) on “Protection Options for Steel Substructure Marine Wharf Elements”.

This will be a great opportunity to hear some interesting insights and connect with industry peers over light refreshments.

  • Ted Riding
    Ted Riding is a graduate of Sydney University, with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He has been employed in the corrosion control industry for over 40 years and has held positions in the technical service, engineering, manufacturing, and product development areas. Ted is currently employed by Jotun Australia as Technical Manager and is based in Melbourne. He is fully certified by FROSIO and NACE for the inspection of protective coatings and is a trainer for and great supporter of the ACA.
  • Warren Green
    Warren Green is a Director and a Principal Corrosion Engineer at Vinsi Partners, based in Sydney. He is a Fellow and CPEng with Engineers Australia. Warren has over 30 years of experience in corrosion engineering and materials technology covering marine, infrastructure, industrial, civil and building structures. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Institute for Frontier Materials at Deakin University, an Industry Lead with the Australian Centre for Infrastructure Durability (ACID) and an Adjunct Teaching Fellow in the School of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at Curtin University.
